Information on Seasonal Sites:
2026 rates range from $3260 to $3990
Winter storage $300.00
$85 once a year Water Treatment Fee (invoiced in July)
Metered hydro (invoiced in July and Sept)
HST is charged on all of the above fees
$200 Hydro Deposit
$20 deposit for each gate card
