Cancellation Policy:

• Rates are based on 4 people per unit
• Rates do not include applicable taxes
• Additional persons are $22.00 per night
• A deposit of 50% of the stay is required at time of booking
• Credit Card information required at check-in for Damage Deposit
• Renter responsible for own Linens & Food (See more info below)
• Check-in after 2:00 pm
• Check-out by 11:00 am
• No Pets allowed in the Park Model

Bring your own towels, linens & pillows. Linens Required: 1 Queen bed, 1 queen sofa bed, 2 single bunks, 1 undersized double

 Deposit Policy:
Campground sites (other than seasonals) – For advance reservations, one nights deposit required to guarantee your reservation, major credit cards accepted but first nights’ stay will be posted when reserving. Reservations made within 96 hours of arrival date require full stay deposit. Deposit may also be in the form of money orders or cheques but reservation is not guaranteed until funds have cleared. Please do not send cash in the mail. Balance of stay is due in full 96 hours prior to arrival date.

For Park Models, a deposit of 50% of the stay is required at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy:
No refunds for inclement weather! Non-cancellation or failure to show constitutes forfeiture. We cannot control, nor guarantee the weather, therefore, once checked in, you are responsible for the entire length of stay you reserved.

• To receive a full refund of your camping fees, less a $25 administration fee, cancellations must be made more than 14 days prior to your originally scheduled arrival date.
• Cancellations made between 14 days and before 48 hours in advance of your arrival will be charged one-nights’ stay.
• No refunds for cancellations received within 48 hours of your arrival date. 
• Camping fee refunds are applied to the credit card used in the original booking.

Rates are subject to change and there may be some slight variations for premium sites (larger, private, by the waters edge)

• Discounts available for weekly/monthly stay
• Please note: Minimum of 3 night stay on all Long Weekends
• Rates are based on 2 adults & 4 children

Extra people as follows:

• Extra Adult $22.00 per night
• Day Visitors $13.00 per day
• Children 5 years of age and under N/C

 Seasonal Rates: (please contact our office for specific site fees.)

• Our seasonal sites range from $2820 to $3490+ taxes.
• Winter storage for this past winter was $290 + taxes.
• Metered Hydro
• Annual $75 (+ tax) Water Treatment Fee
• Stay with us for a night or two, speak with our friendly professional staff and stay for the Season
