The Tale of Gus the Great Canadian Goose

Deep in the heart of Family Paradise, where families laugh, children play, and nature thrives, lives a very special Canadian goose named Gus the Great. Unlike other geese who follow traditional migration patterns, Gus has chosen to stay in Family Paradise all year round. But why?

Legend has it that long ago, Gus’s great-great-grandfather, Gideon Goose, discovered a hidden treasure within Family Paradise. But this wasn’t gold or jewels—it was a magical feather, said to bring joy, adventure, and endless fun to whoever finds it. Before he could reveal its location, Gideon had to continue his migration, leaving behind a series of clues hidden throughout the park.

Now, Gus has taken on the mission of finding the magical feather—but he can’t do it alone! He needs the help of brave and curious young explorers.

Every Sunday morning, Gus sets off on a new adventure to find the elusive feather. He’s a tricky one to track—sometimes he’s by the playground, other times near the pond, and once, he was even spotted sneaking a few leftover snacks by the picnic tables! Finding that feather isn’t easy, but maybe if we find Gus we can help him. Are you ready for the adventure?

Grab your explorer’s hat and start the hunt! You can find the weekly clue at the store or receive it directly through the CampON App. When you find Gus, bring him back to the store for a chance to win the grand prize!

Bring your own towels, linens & pillows. Linens Required: 1 Queen bed, 1 queen sofa bed, 2 single bunks, 1 undersized double

Deposit Policy:
For advance reservations, a deposit of 50% of the stay is required at time of booking, major credit cards accepted. Reservations made within 7 days of arrival date require full stay deposit. Deposit may also be in the form of money orders or cheques but reservation is not guaranteed until funds have cleared. Please do not send cash in the mail. Balance of stay is due in full 7 days prior to arrival date.

Cancellation Policy:
No refunds for inclement weather! Non-cancellation or failure to show constitutes forfeiture. We cannot control, nor guarantee the weather, therefore, once checked in, you are responsible for the entire length of stay you reserved.

  • To receive a full refund of your camping fees, less a $50 administration fee, cancellations must be made more than 14 days prior to your originally scheduled arrival date.
  • Cancellations made between 14 days and before 48 hours in advance of your arrival will be charged one-nights’ stay.
  • No refunds for cancellations received within 48 hours of your arrival date. 
  • Camping fee refunds are applied to the credit card used in the original booking.

Winter storage $290.00

$85 once a year Water Treatment Fee (invoiced in July)

$20 deposit for each gate card
