Information on Seasonal Sites:
2025 rates range from $3040 to $3740
Winter storage $290.00
$85 once a year Water Treatment Fee (invoiced in July)
Metered hydro (invoiced in July and Sept)
HST is charged on all of the above fees
$200 Hydro Deposit
$20 deposit for each gate card
